after a long day yesterday, i thought today would be a little lighter. but i was wrong. here, a list of what i did the whole day today.

• 1/2 MS media preparation, 3L.
• 10 sets of dH20 for seed sterilization
• LB media preparation, 2L
• subculturing of cell suspension of oil palm, clone 221.
• subculturing of agrobacterium clones pMAT21G, pEXM120G, A61, A63 and PAP1 by streak plating

ended work at 5.30pm. had chicken rice for lunch. reached home at do all the write-ups. MP project title and sypnosis due on friday. so, i quickly had that done earlier. if tomorrow work ends early, i'm gonna cook fried rice for dinner.
